Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply (out of EU and Schengen Agreement). We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

3. ORDERS AND SALES CONTRACT
You can order automatically via the sósa studio Webshop. By clicking the button "ADD TO CART" you can add the desired goods to your shopping cart without obligation. You can view the shopping cart at any time by clicking on the shopping
cart logo link (top right corner) and remove the items at any time. If you want to buy the items in the shopping cart, click the "CHECKOUT" button and then enter the required data. Registration is not required. After entering your data and selecting the payment method, click on the "PURCHASE" button. By clicking the "PURCHASE" button, you place a binding order of the selected goods. Immediately after sending your order you will receive an email confirming the receipt of your order
(Order Confirmation). However, this does not yet constitute a contract of sale for your order, but merely informs you that your order has reached us. The contract of sale is only concluded when we confirm the order with another email informing you your order has been fulfilled and your order has been shipped, thus confirming the contract of sale.
If you have not received an order confirmation/delivery email within three working days of placing your order, you are no longer bound by your order. In this case the payment will be refunded within 7 days.
4. TAX AND PAYMENTS
All prices are shown in DKK and include Danish Value Added Tax (25%).

5. RETURNS / RIGHT OF REVOCATION
Online:
Consumers have a 14 day statutory right of revocation. It is possible to return the received products without reason within 14 days. Exempt from this are items that are on sale and items that have been personalised, tailor made or custom made etc. (“made-to-order”). The deadline begins after the customer has received the order. The customer must contact us via email within 7 days of the delivery to notify us of any returns. A written desire to return is to be
addressed to: info@sosa-cph.com . Only items that have been delivered faulty will have shipping costs refunded upon return. All other returns are at the cost of the customer. The goods must be in a brand new, saleable condition with all tags still intact. The Tax Invoice must be provided with the returned item as proof of purchase.

Following Return:
Payment of the returned products will be refunded in the case of an effective return. In the case of deterioration and/or derived use of the product, it is necessary to pay us compensation for lost value. Refund commitments are met within 14 days after we receive the returned item.
In Store:
If you wish to make a return for item(s) purchased in store we can offer a voucher matching the same price as the returned item. The voucher is to be used in store only and is valid for 1 year. We can only offer vouchers for
items that are returned within 14 days of the purchase, and if the purchased item is still in the saleable condition with all tags still intact.
6. WARRANTY / GUARANTEE CONDITIONS
The statutory warranty provisions of the Federal Republic of Denmark apply. Excluded from the warranty are damages due to natural wear, improper use and lack of or incorrect care.
7. RETENTION OF TITLE
The goods remain the property of Sigurros Eidsdottir until the final payment.
8. STORAGE OF THE CONTRACT TEXT
The contract text will not be stored by us and can not be retrieved after the completion of the order process.
